Danielle Marie

Founder- Managing Director

Danielle Marie, a seasoned Blockchain Educator, Crypto Enthusiast, and Community Organizer was awarded Australian Blockchain Leader of the Year 2023. She is the founder of the Women in Digital Economy initiative fostering female empowerment and a founding member of All Things Blockchain (ATB) a non-profit association focused on growing the local blockchain ecosystem that has grown to over 2600 members. Currently, she serves as the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Deca4 a specialised consultancy studio that assists in building blockchain solutions that suit clients' needs. Deca4 is currently working with DIFC Courts, contributing to projects that bridge public and private sector innovation, offering new technological value propositions.

Sheen Hart

Head of Partnerships

As the new Partnership Manager for Women in Digital Economy, Sheena brings extensive experience in the Web3 space, leveraging her vast network and reputation as a 'connector' in the crypto industry. In her role as Token Listing Manager at LBank, she has successfully facilitated multiple token listings across various platforms, helping projects gain valuable exposure and build strategic relationships. Her expertise includes venture capital introductions, tokenomics, market making, and PR.

She is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist accredited by ACAMS, with over eight years of experience in payments and compliance within the crypto industry. Her previous company was among the first to receive a money transmitter license in Washington.

With strong skills in customer relationship management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving, she is passionate about fostering connections and driving mutual success in the blockchain space.

Rachael Jones

Head of Research and Development

Rachael Jones holds a Master's in Finance and Financial Management Services and a Bachelor's of Commerce. She is actively engaged in several industry organizations, including serving as a representative on the Blockchain Committee of the Australian Computer Society (ACS), Chair of the Digital Economy Council of Australia (DECA) Young Professionals, Secretary for Women in Blockchain Australia (WOBA), and a volunteer with All Things Blockchain (ATB). Rachael brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her roles, making significant contributions to the advancement of the blockchain and digital economy sectors.

Its mission is to drive the integration of these technologies and enhance Australia's position in the global digital economy.

Key to Web3, keytoweb3.io is a global premier recruitment agency dedicated to building the future of technology through strategic talent acquisition and business development. Specializing in blockchain, gaming, and AI, Key to Web3 connects innovative companies with the exceptional talent needed to drive growth and success in these fast-paced industries.

All Things Blockchain is a non-profit association providing educational meet-ups and social networking events to bring the community together to discuss and build the blockchain ecosystem. This group holds regular educational meetups diving into topics such as layer 1 & 2 projects, NFT, DEFI, staking, mining, and IoT devices and big data being used with Blockchain.
